(I) Helping You Become Our User and Account Management#

Basic Services
When you browse this Platform's website (whether registered or logged in or not), we may automatically collect the following information related to you: your browser type and browser language, operating system type, broadband type; your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which may sometimes show your geographic location; pages, advertisements, and links you have browsed within the website; user behavior logs; access requests issued when you visit the website and their dates, times, and referring URLs (if any).
To ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the above information you provide.

Account Registration
We provide services to you based on a Platform account. When you create a Platform account, sign our User Agreement, and use the model library and dataset-related functions, you need to provide us with at least your nickname, avatar, personal signature, mobile phone number, and browser setting information. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with account registration, model inference, or formal API calls, but it will not affect your browsing.

(II) Payment-Related Services#

When you use paid functions on this Platform, we will collect your payment information based on your chosen payment method. If you choose to pay through an online third-party platform, transaction information will be processed in accordance with the third party's policies; if you choose offline transfer or other methods, we will simultaneously collect the bank card number, account-opening bank name, payer name, and other information you voluntarily provide, and use it only to complete the transaction, reconcile accounts, and process refunds. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned necessary payment information, you will not be able to complete transactions for paid services, but it will not affect your use of the free functions and services of this Platform.

(III) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution#

When you contact us or file applications for in-sale, after-sale, or dispute resolution, in order to safeguard the security of your account and our system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity.
To facilitate contact with you, to help you resolve issues as soon as possible, or to record handling solutions and outcomes of relevant issues, we may save your communications, communication/call records, and related content with us (including account information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave). If you consult, complain, or provide suggestions on specific matters, we will use your account information.
Based on the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use other information of yours, including relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, and survey response information you send us when participating in surveys.

(IV) Providing You with Security Safeguards#

To enhance the security of your use of the services provided by us and our affiliated companies and partners, to protect your personal and property safety and that of other users or the public from infringement, to better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and to more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or the relevant agreements and rules of this Platform, we embed an application security SDK developed by our affiliated companies in the platform website to collect your device information and service log information, and may use or integrate your user information, device information, service log information, and information that our affiliated companies and partners obtain with your authorization or share according to law, to comprehensively determine your account risk, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and disposition measures in accordance with the law.

(V) Other Rules on the Collection and Use of Personal Information#

If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization before providing such personal information to this Platform. If we use information for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance.

Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent. According to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorized consent in the following circumstances:
(1) Related to our performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgment and other judicial or administrative law enforcement;
(5) For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but where it is difficult to obtain consent from the person;
(6) Personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
(7) Collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports and government information disclosure channels;
(8) Necessary for entering into and performing relevant agreements or other written documents with you;
(9) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the services provided, such as discovering and handling service malfunctions;
(10) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please be informed that, in accordance with applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information such that the data recipient cannot re-identify specific individuals and cannot restore it, the use of such processed data does not require separate notice to you or your consent. We may also conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis, and prediction of the collected information, used to improve the content and layout of this Platform, improve our services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), and will be processed and protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If this Platform ceases operations, we will take reasonable measures to protect the security of your user information, including but not limited to promptly ceasing activities to continue collecting user information; the notice of ceased operations will notify users by individual delivery or announcement; and we will delete or anonymize the personal information held.

II. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information#

(I) Sharing#

In addition to the use circumstances stipulated above, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside this Platform, except in the following cases:

Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties;
2.
Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may externally share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, the need for resolution of litigation disputes, or in accordance with the lawful requirements of administrative and judicial authorities;
3.
Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust trusted partners to provide services, and therefore we may share some of your user information with partners to provide better customer service and optimize user experience. We will only share your user information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share the user information necessary to provide services. Our partners have no right to use the shared user information for any other purpose. With companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share user information, we will require them by agreement not to use this information for any other purposes beyond the scope of the entrustment. If an authorized partner processes your personal information beyond the scope of our entrustment, they shall separately obtain your explicit consent for such processing and bear corresponding legal responsibility independently. Some payment functions of this Platform are provided by cooperating third-party payment institutions. When you use payment services, the relevant information will be directly collected and processed by the third-party payment institution. (II) Transfer#

We will not transfer your user information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:

Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your user information to other parties;
2.
In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation between us and other legal entities, or other circumstances involving merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if user information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your user information to continue to be bound by this Policy; otherwise, we will require that company, organization, or individual to seek authorized consent from you anew.

(III) Public Disclosure#

We will publicly disclose your user information only in the following circumstances:

After obtaining your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may publicly disclose your user information;
2.
To protect the personal and property safety of us and our affiliated companies' users or the public from infringement, we may disclose your user information in accordance with applicable laws or the relevant agreements and rules of this Platform.

(IV) Exceptions to Obtaining Prior Authorized Consent When Sharing, Transferring, or Publicly Disclosing User Information#

According to relevant laws and regulations, in the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your user information does not require obtaining your prior authorized consent:

III. How We Store and Protect the Security of Your Personal Information#

(I) Basic Rules for Data Storage#

We will take reasonable and feasible measures to do our best to avoid collecting irrelevant user information. We will retain your user information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless permitted by law or where a reasonable extension is needed for financial, audit, or other purposes. After the above user information retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
We store the user information we collect within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If, for business needs, we transfer personal information abroad in accordance with applicable laws, we will obtain your consent in advance and inform you of the purpose of the outbound user information transfer, the recipient, security safeguards, security risks, and other circumstances.

(II) Data Protection Technical Measures#

We strive to take various reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial security measures to protect your user information, to prevent user information from being subject to unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, we provide HTTPS protocol secure browsing for this Platform's website; we use encryption technology to enhance the security of user information; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent user information from malicious attack; we deploy access control mechanisms to do our best to ensure that only authorized personnel can access user information.

(III) Data Protection Organizational Management Measures#

We have established an industry-leading data security management system centered on data and revolving around the data lifecycle, enhancing the security of personal information from multiple dimensions including organizational structure, system design, personnel management, and product technology. We will set up a dedicated department for personal information protection and hold security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

(IV) Response to Personal Information Security Incidents#

In accordance with the law, we will formulate an emergency plan for network security incidents. In the unfortunate event of a user information security incident (leakage, loss, etc.), we will immediately activate the emergency plan and, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation of the security incident and the possible impact, the disposition measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, remedial measures for you, etc. We will promptly inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident by email, letter, telephone, push notifications, etc. Where it is difficult to inform user information subjects individually, we will take reasonable and effective means to make announcements. At the same time, we will also report the disposition of user information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities.

(V) You Should Also Protect Your Account Security#

We strongly recommend that, when using this Platform, you do not use communication methods other than those recommended by this Platform to send your information. Please also use complex passwords to help us protect your account security.

IV. How You Manage Your Personal Information#

You can access and manage your personal information in the following ways:
1.
You may log in to this Platform's website to query and manage (change) the basic information you submitted when using the services of this Platform.
2.
In the following circumstances, you may request that we delete user information:
(1) If our handling of user information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we have collected and used your user information without obtaining your explicit consent;
(3) If our handling of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you.
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first require you to verify your own identity before processing your request. For your reasonable requests, in principle we do not charge fees, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain fee as appropriate. For information not directly related to your identity, baselessly repetitive information, requests requiring excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), requests that pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or impractical requests, we may refuse them.
In the following circumstances, in accordance with laws and regulations, we will be unable to respond to your requests:
(1) Related to our performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgment;
(5) Where there is sufficient evidence to indicate that the personal information subject has subjective malice or is abusing rights;
(6) For the purpose of safeguarding the personal information subject's or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but where it is difficult to obtain the person's authorized consent;
(7) Where responding to your request would result in serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
(8) Involving commercial secrets.

Each function requires some basic user information to be completed (see Section I of this Policy). In addition, you may contact us through the path explained in Section IX of this Policy to grant or withdraw your authorized consent. After you withdraw consent, we will no longer process the corresponding user information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the user information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.
4.
You may contact us through the path explained in Section IX of this Policy to submit an account cancellation application (please note "account cancellation"). After you actively delete user information, we will stop providing services to you, but information you provided or generated during the use of services still needs to be retained by us for the period required by regulators.

V. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies#

(I) Use of Cookies#

To ensure the proper operation of the website, to provide you with an easier access experience, and to recommend content of potential interest to you, we will store Cookies, Flash Cookies, or other local storage provided by the browser (collectively referred to as "Cookies") on your computer or mobile device that typically contain identifiers, site names, and certain numbers and characters. With the help of Cookies, the website can store data such as datasets and models you have favorited.
If your browser or browser add-on service permits, you may modify the level of acceptance of Cookies or refuse our Cookies. However, if you do so, in some cases it may affect your secure access to our website, and you may need to change user settings each time you visit our website.

(II) Use of Technologies Similar to Cookies#

ETag (Entity Tag) is an HTTP protocol header transmitted behind the scenes between the Internet browser and the Internet server, and can substitute for Cookies. ETag can help us avoid unnecessary server load, improve service efficiency, and save resources and energy. At the same time, we may use ETag to record your identity so that we can more deeply understand and improve our products or services. Most browsers provide users with the function to clear browser cache data; you may perform corresponding data clearing operations in the browser settings function. Please note, however, that if you disable ETag, you may not be able to enjoy a relatively better product or service experience.

VI. Special Provisions for Information of Minor Users#

We mainly provide services to adults. If you are a minor, we require that you have your parents or guardians carefully read this Privacy Policy, and use our services or provide information to us only with the consent of your parents or guardians.

With respect to personal information of minors collected through use of the website with the consent of parents or guardians, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose such information where permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, or where necessary to protect the minor.

For some services in overseas regions, your input information will be transmitted directly to overseas servers for processing. You hereby expressly consent that such data transfer is based on your independent choice, and you will bear all cross-border data and compliance risks arising from the limitations of the model service terms on your own. We will do our best to take necessary technical measures to ensure transmission security, but are not responsible for the data security of overseas servers.
You have understood and agreed that: if this Platform terminates services at the request of rights holders, you understand and agree that the relevant data may not be retrievable, deletable, or retainable from the overseas model servers.

VIII. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated#

Because our services and technology are constantly being updated and optimized to keep up with your needs and those of other users, we may update our Privacy Policy to inform you of specific changes when new services and business processes are changed. However, without your explicit consent, we will not limit your rights under this Policy. We will publish any changes made to this Policy on the website.
For major changes, we will also provide more prominent notice (including notification through announcements on this Platform's website). Major changes referred to in this Policy include but are not limited to:

Significant changes in our service model, such as the purposes of processing user information, the types of user information processed, or the ways user information is used;
