Special Notice:The "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a contract entered into by you regarding your use of the Aiide platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform") and has the legal effect of a contract. Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause. Before using our products and/or services, please be sure to read this Agreement carefully, especially the clauses identified in bold/bold underline, to ensure that you fully understand and agree before you begin to use the services. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this Agreement, you may contact us through the contact information in this Agreement or other effective means. For the detailed data use policy of this Platform, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
I. Scope of Application, Effectiveness and Modification of the Agreement#
1.1 Your use of this service shall be deemed as your having read this Agreement and accepted the binding effect thereof.1.2 This Agreement applies to your access to and use of the functions and services provided by the product services.1.3The contents of this Agreement include the main text of the Agreement and various rules, operational processes, announcements or notices (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Rules") that we have published or may publish in the future in respect of this Service. All Rules form an inseparable part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the Agreement. We have the right to formulate and revise this Agreement and/or various Rules from time to time based on changes in national laws and regulations or business development needs, and publish them on this Platform, without separately notifying users. The revised Agreement and Rules shall take effect immediately upon publication on this Platform. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using the relevant services of this Platform. If you continue to use the relevant services of this Platform after the changes take effect, this means that you accept the revised Agreement and Rules.1.4 If you have any questions about this Agreement or any of the Rules, you should consult us. Only when you agree to all the terms of the Agreement and complete the registration procedures can you become a formal user of this Platform, at which point this Agreement takes effect and is binding on both parties. By clicking "Agree" or "Next", or by using the services of this Platform, or by any other express or implied means of accepting this Agreement, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to sign this Agreement. This Agreement shall then take legal effect between you and us and become a legal document binding on both parties. You shall not claim that this Agreement is invalid or request the rescission of this Agreement on the grounds that you have not read the contents of this Agreement or have not received answers from us to your inquiries. You confirm that the terms of this Agreement are a contract governing the rights and obligations of both parties, are always valid, and that where laws have mandatory provisions or where the parties have specially agreed otherwise, such provisions shall prevail. You undertake to accept and abide by the provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the provisions of this Agreement, you should immediately stop the registration procedure or stop using the relevant services of this Platform.1.5If you are a user outside the mainland China region, your conclusion or performance of this Agreement must also comply with the laws of the country or region to which you belong and/or where you are located.
II. Registration Qualifications and Account Information#
2.1 You understand and confirm that, before you begin the registration process on this Platform, you should be a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct that is consistent with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and capable of independently bearing legal responsibility. If you do not have the civil capacity commensurate with your conduct, please read this Agreement carefully and fully understand it in the company of your legal guardian, and obtain the consent of your legal guardian before registering and using the relevant services of this Platform. When you complete the registration procedures or actually use the services of this Platform in any other manner approved by this Platform, you shall be deemed to have confirmed that you possess the qualifications and are able to independently bear legal responsibility. Any consequences arising from your lack of such qualifications shall be borne by you and your guardian.2.2 You understand and agree that, during the use of this service, you may be able to set up information for your account such as nickname, avatar, personal signature, etc., and you may also be able to set names, descriptions, tags, images, and other information for the works and models you create. You shall ensure that the content and form of such information comply with laws and regulations, public order and good customs, social morality, and the rules of this Platform, and will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any party.2.3 You understand and agree that you have an obligation to keep the registration information you provide true, accurate, complete, lawful, and valid. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in order to use some or all of the service functions of this Platform, we may require you to fill in real personal or corporate identity information. Please complete real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If your information changes, you should update it in a timely manner. If the registration information you provide is unlawful, untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if we have reason to suspect the information is erroneous, false, or unlawful, this Platform has the right to refuse to provide you with the relevant services, and you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom. We reserve the right to terminate the user's use of various services on this Platform and the right to claim compensation from the user.2.4 You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and bear full legal responsibility for activities conducted in the name of the registered account. You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account, password, or verification code, and under no circumstances disclose your account, password, or verification code to others. The account you register is limited to your personal use, and shall not be transferred, gifted, or inherited to others in any manner (except for property rights and interests related to the account). If this Platform reasonably determines that the relevant account is being traded or is at risk of being stolen, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account, and we have the right to take measures such as account cancellation. You shall bear full responsibility arising therefrom on your own and bear joint and several liability with the actual user. Any losses such as the clearing or loss of account data information on this Platform caused thereby shall be borne by you.2.5 You understand and agree that the services we provide are based on the current state achievable under existing technology and conditions. We will do our utmost to provide you with services and ensure the continuity and security of the services. You understand that we cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, network reasons, limitations or defects of third-party services, third-party websites, government actions, etc., which may result in service interruptions, inability to use services normally, data loss, and other losses and risks. You understand and agree that, for the needs of overall service operation and system security, we have the right to determine the settings and scope of services/functions according to specific circumstances, and to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate all or part of the functions or services of this Platform, without bearing any liability for breach of contract or compensation.
III. Protection and Reasonable Use of User Personal Information#
3.1 We attach great importance to the protection of user personal information. You agree that we may collect, store, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the published Privacy Policy.3.2 When registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. Where national laws and regulations have special provisions, you need to fill in real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you may be unable to use this service or be restricted in the course of use.3.3 When you use the services of this Platform, with respect to privacy information involving the user's real name, contact phone number, etc., this site will keep it strictly confidential. Unless authorized by the user or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, this site will not disclose user privacy information to the outside world.3.4You understand and agree that this Platform has the right to send information and other notifications to users registered on this Platform via SMS, telephone, and other forms.3.5 You understand and agree that this Platform has the right, upon request by national judicial, administrative, and other competent departments, to provide them with necessary information such as the registration information you filled in on this Platform. If you are suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of others, this Platform also has the right, upon a preliminary determination that suspected infringing conduct exists, to provide the rights holder with your necessary identity information.3.6 You understand and agree that this Platform has the right to use the user's registration information, account, password, and other information to log in to the user's registered account for evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization and witnessing.3.7 You confirm and agree: based on your instructions, we will transmit and process the data you upload or input while using this Platform's services to the model provider as necessary.
4.1You understand and undertake that, when using this service, you will strictly abide by laws and regulations and the rules of this Platform, respect social ethics and morality, and shall not use this service to engage in any illegal or improper activities, nor shall you produce, copy, publish, disseminate, or share information containing any of the following content or engage in related conduct, nor provide convenience for engaging in such conduct:(1) Content opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution; (2) Content generating incitement to subvert state power, overthrow the socialist system, endangering national security and interests, damaging the national image, inciting secession, undermining national unity and social stability, advocating terrorism, extremism, advocating ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, violence, obscene pornography, as well as false and harmful information and other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations; (3) Content damaging the honor and interests of the state; (4) Content inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity; (5) Content undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions; (6) Content spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability; (7) Content spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime; (8) Content that does not respect the legitimate rights and interests of others, endangers the physical and mental health of others, infringes upon others' rights to portrait, reputation, honor, privacy, and personal information rights, insults or slanders others, or infringes upon the legitimate rights of others; (9) Content violating the "seven bottom lines" requirements of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, moral fashion, and information authenticity; (10) Content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, infringes the privacy of others, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable; (11) Content that is restricted or prohibited by the currently effective laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules, and other normative documents of the People's Republic of China and the region or country to which you belong/where you are located, as well as amendments and supplements to such laws and regulations, and relevant policies, this Agreement, related agreements, the rules of this Platform, or any other normative provisions with legal effect.4.2 You shall not use the network service system for any unlawful purpose;4.3 You shall not use the services of this Platform to engage in the following activities:(1) Entering computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission; (2) Deleting, modifying, or adding to the functions of computer information networks without permission; (3) Deleting, modifying, or adding to data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without permission; (4) Intentionally producing or disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses; (5) Other acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.4.4 When you input, produce, or publish network information content through your account, you shall comply with the requirements and shall not produce, publish, copy, or repost undesirable information containing the following:(1) Using exaggerated headlines that seriously do not match the content; (2) Hyping affairs, scandals, misdeeds, etc.; (3) Improperly commenting on natural disasters, major accidents, and other calamities; (4) Content containing sexual innuendo or sexual provocation that easily causes sexual associations; (5) Displaying bloody, frightening, cruel content that causes physical or mental discomfort; (6) Inciting discrimination against groups, regions, races, ethnicities, or other discrimination; (7) Promoting low-brow, vulgar, or kitschy content; (8) Content that may induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and behaviors violating social morality, or induce undesirable habits in minors; (9) Other content that violates laws and regulations or has an adverse impact on the online ecology.4.5 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement or related service terms, resulting in any third party's claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable attorney's fees, you agree to indemnify this Platform and hold it harmless. In this regard, this Platform has the right, depending on the nature of your conduct, to take measures including but not limited to intercepting or filtering prohibited words, deleting user-published information content, suspending the license to use, terminating the service, restricting use, recovering the Platform account, and pursuing legal responsibility.4.6 You understand and agree that you shall conduct the necessary review as to whether your use of this service complies with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations. If you violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement in the course of using this service, the relevant state organs or agencies may bring lawsuits against you, impose fines, or take other sanctions, and request assistance from this Platform. If this causes damage to you or others, you shall bear full responsibility on your own, and this Platform shall not bear any responsibility due to this service or your use of this service violating the above provisions.4.7 You understand and agree that you shall be responsible for your conduct in using this service. Unless permitted by law or with prior written permission from this Platform, you shall not engage in the following acts in using this service:(1) Using any plug-ins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools not authorized or licensed by this Platform to interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of this service and related services; (2) Engaging in any conduct that undermines the fairness of this service or otherwise affects the normal order of this service, such as actively or passively brushing images, brushing data, colluding in cheating, using plug-ins or other cheating software, or exploiting BUGs (also known as "vulnerabilities" or "defects") to obtain improper and illegal benefits; (3) Maliciously registering accounts on this Platform, including but not limited to frequent registration, frequent cancellation, and batch registration of accounts; (4) Providing programs or tools specifically used to engage in activities endangering network security, such as intruding networks, interfering with the normal functions and protective measures of networks, and stealing network data, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; without permission, attempting to probe, scan, or test the weaknesses of the system or network of this "Software" or otherwise engaging in acts of damaging network security; attempting to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the system or website of this "Software", intentionally disseminating malicious programs or viruses, or other acts that damage or interfere with normal network information services; forging the names or partial names of TCP/IP data packets; using the platform and services to upload any viruses, Trojans, worms, or other content harmful to network health; (5) Stealing in any manner (including but not limited to inline links, redundant theft, illegal scraping, simulated downloads, deep linking, false registration, etc.), directly or indirectly, images, models, articles, and other information content from this Platform and related services, or deleting or altering the electronic rights management information of relevant information content in any manner (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform-specific identifiers, accounts, etc.).If we have reason to believe that your conduct violates or may violate the above provisions, we may independently determine and handle the matter, and at any time have the right to terminate the provision of services to you without prior notice, and pursue relevant responsibility according to law.4.8 Content Review and Liability DeterminationYou agree that we have the right to review the content you input to AI models on this Platform, and have the right to delete content that we or regulatory authorities consider to violate any laws, administrative regulations, this Agreement, or the rules of this Platform. However, the foregoing review is only a unilateral right of the Platform and does not constitute recognition or guarantee of the authenticity, legality, or validity of any content, nor does it bear joint and several liability to you. All conduct under your registered account and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne entirely by you.If the interactive data you input or content you publish violates laws and regulations, this Agreement, or the rules of this Platform in any way, we have the right to directly delete the relevant data and content, and stop providing the corresponding technical services, without further notice to you and without bearing any liability for breach of contract.
5.1 We attach great importance to the protection of intellectual property. You understand and undertake that when using this service, you shall respect the intellectual property rights of others and shall not infringe upon the rights and interests of others (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, portrait rights, and other intellectual property and other rights). You undertake that, when using this service, the images, text, fonts, audio, video, charts, and other content you publish, provide, or use have obtained sufficient, necessary, and valid lawful licenses and authorizations, and your input behavior will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any party.5.2 For text, images, videos, audio, and other non-personal information you provide, publish, or form during the use of this service, other than personal information, no transfer of rights such as intellectual property or portrait rights shall occur as a result of acts of uploading or publishing.5.3 We reserve full, indivisible (including but not limited to) ownership, intellectual property rights, and/or other legitimate rights and interests in the following content and information:(1) The products/services of this Platform and all elements thereof, including but not limited to all products, technologies, software, programs, data, content, materials, business identifiers, derivative items, and other information (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, graphics, video, audio, color, layout design, electronic documents, etc.); (2) Any information and feedback provided by users to the products/services of this Platform in connection with such services.5.4 You understand and acknowledge that all the content of this service is generated by artificial intelligence models. Although it has undergone continuous automatic and manual sensitive data filtering, it is still not excluded that some information may have defects or be unreasonable, or cause unpleasantness. You have the obligation to carefully review the content generated by this service and to perform the labeling obligations for AI-generated and synthetic content in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If you disseminate or commercially use such content, please carefully assess the risks in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country or region to which you belong and/or where you are located. All liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.5.5 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to make independent judgment and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to deleting or shielding relevant content or disconnecting links by technical means. At the same time, we have the right, depending on the nature of the user's conduct, to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating the provision of services to you, restricting, suspending, freezing, or terminating your use of the account, and pursuing legal responsibility. The risks, legal responsibility, and losses to any party caused by your violation of the above provisions shall be borne independently by you. We shall not compensate for any damage caused directly or indirectly by the above conduct of yours, and shall not bear legal responsibility to other users or any third party. When your conduct infringes upon our legitimate rights and interests or causes us losses thereby, we have the right to request you to bear legal responsibility.
6.1 The account balance obtained by users through recharging on this Platform is limited to use within this Platform, and does not support withdrawal, transfer, or exchange for other assets outside this Platform.6.2Given the special nature of the services of this Platform, in principle, no refund of any form is supported after a successful recharge, including but not limited to: (1) Mistaken recharge or excess recharge due to user personal reasons; (2) Unused or partially unused balance after recharging; (3) Dissatisfaction with the platform services or no longer needing to use the platform; (4) Inability to use the balance due to the account being banned for violating platform regulations.6.3 This Platform will provide refunds or reissuances in the following circumstances: (1) Duplicate charges due to platform system failures; (2) Successful payment but the account balance was not credited; (3) Other recharge anomalies caused by platform-side faults verified and confirmed by the platform.6.4 Other Provisions(1) Users shall not use the recharge service to engage in illegal or non-compliant activities such as cash-out or money laundering. Once discovered, the Platform has the right to freeze the account balance and pursue legal responsibility. (2) The Platform has the right to adjust the recharge rules and refund policy based on operational needs. Adjustments will be notified to users through announcements and other means. (3) Users completing a recharge shall be deemed to agree to and accept all the terms of this Agreement.
7.1 Some services of this Platform are provided on a paid basis. If you use paid services, please comply with the fee rules of the relevant services. All taxes and fees incurred by your use of paid services on this Platform shall be declared and paid by yourself.7.2This Platform may modify and change the fee standards and methods for paid services according to actual needs, and may also begin to charge for some originally free services. Before such modifications, changes, or commencement of fees, this Platform will notify or make an announcement on the corresponding service page. If you do not agree with the above modifications, changes, or paid content, you should stop using the service.7.3When reducing the fee standards for paid services or converting paid services to free services, this Platform reserves the right not to provide refunds or fee adjustments to existing paid users.
8.1 You understand and agree that, in the course of using this service, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may affect this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, civil unrest, government actions, and requirements of model providers. When the above circumstances occur, we will strive to cooperate with relevant units at the earliest opportunity and seek timely handling, but losses caused to you thereby shall be exempt to the extent permitted by law.8.2 You understand and acknowledge that all the content of this service is generated by artificial intelligence models, and the service is still in the experience and trial stage with incompleteness. We do not make any commitment regarding the availability or reliability of any service.We do not bear any responsibility for your use of this service or the results of this service, and the results of this service do not represent our position, viewpoint, or attitude.8.3 This Platform merely provides inference, generation, and other AI-generation-related production services to users or third parties, and does not involve and does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, legality, security, or completeness of content uploaded by users, and shall bear no responsibility. Output content generated by this Platform based on the model providers' technical algorithms shall be provided to users as-is. Such output content is merely a result of technical display, and does not represent any position, viewpoint, or attitude of this Platform. This Platform does not make any express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, validity, legality, or applicability of the output content. Users shall independently bear full legal responsibility for the viewing, use, dissemination, editing, and all subsequent acts and consequences of the output content. If any dispute, claim, or penalty arises from the input, use, or dissemination of relevant content, it shall be resolved by the user and the user shall bear full responsibility, unrelated to this Platform.8.4 This Platform does not verify the content published by users or third parties, but reserves the right to delete information that violates laws and regulations, this Agreement, and relevant rules at any time. Users shall bear the risk themselves when using this Platform, and this Platform shall not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage of users.8.5 We have the right to change the content and/or means of provision of this service at any time due to business development or changes in laws and regulations or requirements of model providers, and may also suspend or terminate this service. You agree that we shall not bear any responsibility to you or any third party for any consequences caused by the above circumstances.8.6 Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages (including but not limited to loss of profits suffered by you due to your use of this service) arising from the use of the services of this Platform (even if you have been notified in advance of the possibility of such damages).8.7If you violate any provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time without bearing any liability, and we have the right to claim compensation from you based on actual losses.8.8 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for service interruptions or obstructions caused by the following:(1) Destruction by computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks; (2) Malfunctions of the user's or our software, systems, hardware, or communication lines; (3) Improper operations by the user or the user's use of this service through means not authorized by us; (4) Outdated program versions, aging of equipment, and/or compatibility issues; (5) Other circumstances beyond our control or that cannot be reasonably foreseen.8.9This service may contain redirect links to third-party websites or this Platform, and it cannot be excluded that other users may add links to external websites in uploaded or published content. You should carefully read the terms of use and privacy policies of these external websites. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not bear responsibility for the authenticity, legality, or security (including data leakage, etc.) of external websites. When you access this Platform or use this service, if you use applications, software, or services provided by third parties, in addition to complying with laws and regulations, the provisions of this Agreement, and the relevant rules of this Platform, you may also need to agree to and abide by the agreements or rules of the third parties. Disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party applications, software, and related services shall be resolved by you with the third parties yourself, and we shall not bear any responsibility to you or any third party in this regard.8.10 You understand and agree that, in the course of using this service, you may encounter risks from network information or the conduct of other users. We do not bear responsibility for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor for damages caused to you by infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:(1) Information from anonymous or impersonating others containing threats, defamation, objectionable, or unlawful content; (2) Suffering misleading, deception by others, or other psychological, physiological harm and economic losses caused or potentially caused; (3) Other risks caused by network information or user conduct.8.11 The right to handle illegal and non-compliant content that we obtain in accordance with this Agreement does not constitute our obligation or commitment, and we cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding handling.8.12 Under no circumstances should you readily trust information about loans, requests for passwords, or other information involving property. For operations involving property, please be sure to verify the identity of the other party first and pay attention to relevant tips for preventing fraud crimes.
IX. Change, Interruption, and Termination of Service#
9.1You understand and agree that, based on adjustments to operating strategies, we may change the content of the service, and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate the service.9.2 In any of the following circumstances, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you without notice:(1) You should submit real information in accordance with laws and regulations, but the personal information you provide is untrue, or inconsistent with the registration information, and you fail to provide reasonable evidence; (2) You violate the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement; (3) At the request of judicial organs or competent departments in accordance with laws and regulations; (4) For reasons of security or other necessary circumstances.9.3You are responsible for backing up data stored in this service yourself. If your service is terminated, we have the right to permanently delete your data from the server, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. After the service is suspended or terminated, we have no obligation to provide or return data to you.9.4If, due to any third-party reasons such as adjustments to the operating policies of third-party service providers or restrictions on use permissions, part of the services of this Platform cannot be provided normally, this Platform has the right to immediately suspend, interrupt, or terminate the relevant services, and shall not bear any liability for breach of contract or compensation to you for such suspension, interruption, or termination of services, and shall not be obligated to give you any further notice or compensation regarding the foregoing.
10.1 Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, matters relating to the establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).10.2 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and us, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where this Agreement is signed.10.3 The headings of all provisions of this Agreement are for ease of reading only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot serve as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.10.4 If any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.10.5 This Agreement may exist in multiple language versions. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of different language versions, the simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
11.1If a user is under 18 years of age, they are a minor and should read this Agreement and use this service under the supervision and guidance of their guardian and with the consent of their guardian.11.2Minor users and their guardians understand and confirm that if you violate laws and regulations or the contents of this Agreement, you and your guardian shall, in accordance with the law, bear all legal responsibilities that may arise therefrom.11.3 When filling in personal information, minor users should strengthen their awareness of personal protection and proceed with caution. When using this service, they should pay attention to the following matters, raise safety awareness, and strengthen self-protection:(1) Recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, avoid being addicted to the Internet, and affecting daily study and life; (2) When filling in personal information, strengthen the awareness of personal protection to avoid harassment to personal life by undesirable individuals; (3) Learn to correctly use the Internet under the guidance of guardians or teachers; (4) Speak actively and healthily online, do not publish information that violates laws or regulations, and do not insult or defraud others; (5) Avoid meeting strangers met online casually or participating in social activities, to avoid giving criminals an opportunity and endangering your own safety.11.4Adults who are 18 years of age or older but who, for any reason, do not have full capacity for civil conduct shall apply the relevant provisions of the terms for use by minors in this Agreement by reference.11.5To better protect the privacy rights and interests of minors, we particularly remind you to be cautious in uploading or publishing information content containing materials of minors. Once uploaded and published, it shall be deemed that you have obtained the consent of the relevant rights holders, and allow us to use and process such information content in accordance with this Agreement.
12.1 Our services come from within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, including but not limited to the accumulation of information from the public Internet, and have undergone continuous automatic and manual sensitive data filtering. However, it is still not excluded that some information may have defects or be unreasonable, or cause unpleasantness. If you encounter such circumstances or have comments or suggestions on this Agreement or this service, you are welcome to provide feedback to us at any time via the email of this Platform (admin@aiide.com) or other effective channels. We will attach great importance to your comments and take timely and effective handling measures, and at the same time express our gratitude to you.12.2 Our services will comply with the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services".
